Wow, Have I ever seen and experienced the amazing benefits of Chiropractic care, especially in the growing body of a child. Let me tell you about one of the kids in Bolivia, South America; Wilmer, who is 7 years old and has a crush on my red back pack. Tragically, he has brain damage from all the abuse he received as a baby. When I first met him, he walked around with his head down and had an average of 4 seizures a day. He is very sweet and very, very timid. After being in a safe orphanage, eating a more nutritious diet and receiving regular chiropractic care; Wilmer is walking around with his head up and I have even caught him smiling, usually at my back-pack. He only has one seizure a day now (on average). But the coolest part of watching his progress is the first time he made eye-contact with me. It was worth at least a million bucks. I just wish I could have seen him get his own back pack for Christmas. Chiropractic care is not just a check over of the nervous system, and definitely more than a back crack. For me it’s a way of life. Hand in hand with a healthy diet, regular exercise and my strong faith; it has helped me think more clearly. It’s true when I feel foggy I know it’s time to get an adjustment. I believe that Chiropractic care is very important for children. I even learned that if I was in trouble for being crabby, I should just say, Sorry dad, I must be subluxated.
